I have been coming here for 2 years now, for prescriptions and they're puppy health care plans. The customer service and staff is admirable. Most of them happy to see you and fairly knowledgeable to most questions. I can not say I've had a bad experience with any of the associates or the vets, however recently I was doing some research on kibble for my pup and just happened to ask the attending vet for her opinion and she recommended Purina out of all brands and gave me some inaccurate information so I've decided that I won't be scheduling any appointments with her anymore. They treat my dog and previous dogs well and are always attentive to questions or concerns.

4 Stars because that vet really has to at least do some googling about fillers and all the harmful ingredients in low end dog food!
