Literally the worst experience. They made me feel uncomfortable when I said I had the coupon they were offering this month. At first I had asked for a fresh set on my natural nails. Like take off the old acrylic and, put a fresh coat. Then I got a text from my boyfriend to go to dinner. So I told the lady forget the fresh coat of acrylic. I asked her to just fix one nail and, a fill in because I didn't have time. She said okay. Then she starts to cut off my natural pinky and thumb nail. I pulled my hands away and, I said omg what are you doing. She said " You want new nails, I cut off your tips." I was like what these are my real nails, I just told you to fill them and you said okay. She then raised her voice at me that I said I wanted new nails. I have never been yelled at or treated that way from a nail tech the messed up. Regardless she thought my real nails were tips and cut them straight off. It took me months to grow them out. I literally got up and, walked out. I have never had that happen to me before and, I couldn't stand one more second in that salon. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. If I could have rated it no star I would have.
