JCPenney at 300 Stroud Mall, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

Absolutely Outraged with the service I received from this store! I went up to the register to pay for a shirt there was no price on it so the cashier tried to look it up in the system, 10mins she still can’t find it! So I proceeded to buy the other two items I picked out and then told her to put it to the side and I’ll go look to see if there is another top with the price on it. I found the same top but still no price on that one. I went back to the cashier and asked if there was anything I could do, because I really wanted this shirt, she said I could go down the way to customer service and see if they can look it up. When I went there the women told me that it was closed and there was nothing that could be done. I left the shirt on the desk and left feeling extremely disappointed with this store! I will never shop here again! I don’t understand why I have to get so worked up and had such a hard time to try and spend money, when I very well could have just walked out the store with shirt because there was no tags on it! Extremely displeased to say the least!

You will always get a bargain and save money....the quality is exceptual and worth the trip
